I've purchased several rechargeable inflators from Amazon over the last two years. They all work, but here are the features I would look for:
1. Longer hose - look for 12" or longer
2. All are chargeable via USB C, but some also allow charging/operation via 12-volt adapter. I like having both options available.
3. Personally, I like the screw-on chuck rather than the clamp type as I find the latter leaks more and occasionally flies off the valve stem. YMMV.
I bought this one for my father: https://a.co/d/3kv05kM
We already had Lithium jump starters, but if we didn't, I'd consider a combination jumper/inflator. Finally, if you think a modern system is too complicated for her (think 3-5 buttons, mode selection, option of PSI or kPa units, a separate readout for measure pressure and target pressure), you can always just get a basic old school compressor with analog gauge.
