I carry a Tom Bihn minimalist nylon wallet. About three credit cards, drivers license, insurance cards, debit card and a small amount of cash. Generally never more than $100. I like to tip with cash at a few places and it generally can still come in handy. I do use Apple Pay on my phone increasingly - and when I have forgotten my wallet. I don't worry much about germs on cash.
