We have generally been very happy with our 2018 Pacifica Hybrid. I load bikes and trikes and strollers and all sorts of things the the fold flat their row is great. On the hybrid the middles don't fold flat, but when they are out I can fit pretty much anything. I am a big proponent of minivans. also added a hitch for bike racks, and a lightweight pop-up camper.
I can't comment on the reliability of the V6 AWD, but there have a been a bunch of minor recalls on the hybrid. The only (non-hybrid) issues were a piece of door trim that game off because my nephew lead on the power sliding door as it was opening, and a clicking in the HVAC from a vent that was stuck. The infotainment used to freeze but I think it got a software update during one of the recalls and seems to be running better now. A newer van should have better software.
