Yes, it's been discussed several times. It seems to come up every 6 months or so.

I can say I have done this for both my Wife and my Fidelity account back in 2018/2019 and have had no issues.

I much prefer having the Fidelity code available with my other TOTP codes in the same App instead of the dedicated Symantc App.
