As far as I know, Raymond James does not "host" accounts like a Roth IRA without charging you some kind of assets under management fee (AUM - a percentage of how much you invest with them).
Are you some kind of special client? A relative or something? I suppose it is possible that a RJ rep might be giving you the family discount.
Even if there is no AUM fee (which would surprise me) there is a high likelihood that the funds you are invested in at RJ have higher expense ratios than you could get elsewhere. You could list your funds and people could tell you the costs (if you don't already know).
