Honestly, it doesn't matter what you are invested in given your spending levels and income. There are no expensive funds in your portfolio. If it were me, I would just do whatever is simplest. That might mean the status quo. I assume your RMDs are automatic. If not, you can set that up with your brokerage.

One more thing. Since you say this is earmarked for legacy, you probably want to avoid iBonds as TD can be difficult for beneficiaries. Also, you get a step up in basis on equities, but not on iBonds. Same with the annuity. Spend that down before other equities.
