Thanks so much all, this is a lot of good info. The provided links give me a lot more info. I think its going to come down to just 403B with Vanguard, or also adding in the PlanMember 457 as well, assuming the fees check out and can self direct....I assume you can use a different provider for each.

CA state law requires that all 403b vendors offering their product to K-14 public school districts in CA must register their product and its fees with 403bcompare.
