At minimum the 911 dispatchers get your name and location. Any medical info, special home access info, dogs on premises, etc is usually entered on the phone, landline or cell phone by you. If the 911 center is up to date, the dispatcher gets this info. NG 911 allows voice, photos, videos and text messages sent by and to you from the 911 center. No other data on the phone can be seen or accessed.
