Personal Consumer Issues • 1 month in California, Hawaii, Greece or ____?

I'm already thinking about my family's summer plans for next year...absolutely love California (especially some of the VHCOL beach towns), also have extremely fond memories of Hawaii but haven't been there in about 20 years, have never been to Greece. Kids are elementary and middle school ages and like typical kid stuff - beaches, pools, will do shorter hikes.
Ideal would be a 1 month furnished 2br rental for $10k - $15k. Will be working some so California would be better in terms of time zone. But my family has recently been to California and never Hawaii or Greece.

Any recommendations?
