Ah being heavily tilted to S&P 500 is not something I thought of and will compensate for...thank you!For the questions you asked:
1. I'd say any S&P 500 is going to nearly identical from a practical standpoint. If you want to consolidate, it can make sense to rollover and just invest in any old S&P 500 fund.
2. At $400k, I'd say you have to have a really good reason to be going Roth over traditional such as having huge amounts of similar income in retirement, for most people this isn't the case.
3. You have a lot of S&P 500 across the board, I'd have a plan for your entire portfolio and allocate accordingly, making sure you have enough extended market funds to compensate for the large cap funds.
