I bought the exact same thing you’re looking for last year and an out of state dealer beat my local high volume Acura dealer by about $3-4k (after I negotiated with the the local dealer). Even after I showed the local sales manager the out of state car and they verified it in their system they still wouldn’t go any lower.
The dealer I bought from wasn’t willing to negotiate but still easily beat Carmax by 5-6k
