Personal Consumer Issues • Get rid of Dishwasher?

I would not rent a place without a dishwasher. I would not buy a place without a dishwasher unless i was planning to remodel the kitchen before moving in, and would expect the "requires a full kitchen remodel" level of discount off the price.

Hand washing dishes is a huge waste of time, energy, and water.
