A) If you are comparing Philippines with Boston/London, then, I believe you have no idea about the relative safety level of Philippines versus USA/UK.

I’m aware PH is less safe. I guess my point is I’m not some wide-eyed naive child. I’ve lived in cities and know how to take precautions and when to be on guard. Violent crime therefore is the main concern.

But, you have not live a country where you are considered as obscenely rich among most people in abject poverty. You will stick out like a sore thumb.

Are you speaking from experience? My plan is not original, plenty do it…at some point in life you do have to take calculated risks to live a little. You have to try and get out of your comfort zone or you will regret it.
