Likely. Marginal rate is even higher if you have young kids (loss of childcare account and 30 hours free childcare if £100k).

Depending on your package breakdown, next tax year see if you can salary sacrifice over the year down to £100k on the base and then when you know bonuses / co stocks vested amounts etc, can then make further decisions. The latter are never guaranteed. There’s tax (no employee NI) and cash flow benefits of salary sacrifice vs SIPP.
