3. Independent of the calculations I made, for married couples, can my wife collect (1) her spousal benefit from my SS account when she is eligible AND (2) her own SS benefit for herself?

No, she can only claim the higher of the two.
Technically the answer is yes.

When she files for SS she is deemed to apply for any available benefits. She will always get her own benefit. If half of your FRA benefit is more than her own benefit, hers will be topped off so that she receives half of your FRA amount. If half of yours is $1,000, and her own benefit is $800, she will get $200 spousal to get $1,000 total.
